How it works
The meeting room is included with every private office offer at Zecoworking, from the XS (14 m², from €1,150 excl. VAT / month) to the Grand A (49 m², from €3,700 excl. VAT / month). No hourly booking, no hour packs to buy: if you're a tenant, the room is yours when you need it.
Booking by 30-minute slots through the Welcomr app (the same one that opens the building). No manual validation, no cap. With 8 private offices on the floor for 1 meeting room, conflicts are rare in practice; for 1-on-1 calls, two acoustic phone booths complete the setup.
I just need a one-off meeting room, not an office
Zecoworking doesn't rent the meeting room to non-tenants. For a one-off meeting in Courbevoie or La Défense, look at hourly venues like Wojo Neuilly or Spaces La Défense. But if you run 2 to 3 meetings a week, the maths flip: an XS office with us costs less than an hourly subscription, and you also get the address, permanent access, and the full infrastructure.

How do I book the room?
Through the Welcomr app (the same one that opens the doors), in 30-minute slots. No manual validation, no cap — unlimited as long as the room is free.
What if the room is already booked when I need it?
With only 8 companies on the floor and 1 meeting room, conflicts are rare in practice. For short or 1-on-1 calls, two acoustic phone booths are also available and don't require booking.
Can non-tenants rent the meeting room?
No. It's a service included with the private office lease, not a standalone offer. If you just want to rent a room by the hour, look at Wojo Neuilly or Spaces La Défense. If you run more than 2 meetings a week, an XS Zecoworking office becomes more cost-effective.
