Alongside your 228 m² of private offices, the floor includes 100 m² of shared amenity space and 100 m² of outdoor terrace. Spaces that are not offices — and that is precisely their value.

Why these surfaces matter as much as your offices.

A coworking is more than square meters lined up under fluorescent lights. The difference between a generic open-space and a place you actually want to come back to is in the spaces that don't 'produce' anything in accounting terms: a properly equipped kitchen, a sofa to decompress, a terrace for fresh air, a shower for the lunchtime runners.

It's the other half of your coworking. The half where you meet your floor neighbours, where you take a moment to think, where an idea is born over a coffee. We designed each of these spaces to play its role.

Inside our amenity spaces

Lounge

Soft sofa, table football, plants. Where you breathe between meetings, share lunch with your team, brainstorm over a coffee — not in front of a screen.

Kitchen & tea bar

Hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, full crockery. Freshly ground coffee and tea, unlimited. A real kitchen, not a makeshift kitchenette.

Shower

For those biking in, running over, or heading out for a jog around La Défense. With towels and basics.

100 m² outdoor terrace

South-facing, accessible from the floor. For sunny coffee breaks, team afterworks, outdoor video calls when the weather allows.

Restrooms

Separate men's/women's restrooms, fully renovated, accessible from the landing.

Server & tech room

Our network (redundant fibre, server rack, UPS) lives in its dedicated room — not in an office closet.
