Underground parking and direct office access - Courbevoie / La Défense
13 secure underground parking spaces, direct lift from parking to offices, guaranteed accessibility for reduced mobility. In the La Défense area where street parking costs €40 to €60 a day, it's one of the most concrete arguments for teams that travel by car.

Why parking matters in this area
In Courbevoie / La Défense / Puteaux, public parking is a pain. Street parking limited to 2 hours, public car parks at €40-€60 a day, scarce private spaces snapped up fast. For a sales team running client meetings, or for a director who drives in by choice - not from snobbery, simply because Line 1 is packed at 8:30am - parking becomes a structural criterion.
The 13 underground spaces at Zecoworking are allocated by contract (€80 excl. VAT/month as an option, on top of a private office). They're secure (badge + cameras), covered (your car no longer takes rain and building-site dust), and accessed via a gentle ramp from the street. And most importantly: you step out of your car, take the lift, and you're at your office - no need to walk back across the neighbourhood in the rain.
What's included with the parking service
- Named space in the basement - no sharing, no rotation
- Badge access to the parking door + lift
- 24/7 video surveillance of the parking and access points
- Direct lift from basement up to the floor
- Accessibility: dedicated reduced-mobility space and lift to ERP standards
- Covered bike storage for those who switch bike/car depending on the day
- Flat fee €80 excl. VAT/month - no hourly surcharge
The direct lift - why it's more than a detail
Many offices in the area offer parking - but 200 m away from the building, uncovered, with the obligation to cross a busy street. Here, the lift connects directly to the basement parking. You park, you take the lift, you arrive on the landing of your private office. Five floors up or three levels down, it doesn't change anything: one press of the button, you're home.
This lift is also the main building access for people with reduced mobility. Cabin width and signage compliant with ERP standards, flat arrival landing, sliding doors - no step, no threshold. For deliveries too: bulky equipment, furniture, pallets - everything passes through without handling up stairs.
What it looks like in real life

And if you don't drive in
Office access doesn't depend on the parking. Five minutes' walk from the Esplanade de La Défense station (M1), ten minutes from RER A Pont de Neuilly, twelve minutes from the Grande Arche (Tram T2, Transilien L). For cyclists, the covered bike storage in the basement keeps your bike out of the rain and away from theft - and the shower available on the floor finishes making cycling realistic, even in bad weather.
Comparison with neighbourhood alternatives
At €80 excl. VAT/month, the Zecoworking underground parking is in the lower end of the area's range. Private car parks in the zone (Indigo, Saemes) charge around €200 to €280/month for a similar covered space. And their location is never as close: count five to ten minutes' walk between the space and the office, often outdoors. For mobile teams (finance director juggling clients, salesperson with multiple meetings), it's thirty minutes a day saved.
Frequently asked questions
Is the parking really secure?
Badge access (the same one that opens the building door), 24/7 CCTV surveillance recorded on access zones and spaces. The space is named, no rotation with other tenants - your space is always free when you arrive.
How much does the parking space cost?
€80 excl. VAT/month as an option, on top of a private office. It's a named space, contract tied to your office lease. No additional commitment - if you give up your office, you give up your space; if you change office, your space follows.
And if all 13 spaces are taken?
We allocate them in the order of contracts. When the parking is full, we keep a waiting list - typically, a space frees up within 3 to 6 months (company move, change of transport mode). Best to ask early if you know you'll need one.
Do you have visitor spaces?
Not as standard - the 13 spaces are allocated to tenants. For ad hoc appointments, your guests can park in the public Indigo car park 50 m away, or on the regulated 2-hour street parking. For recurring appointments (clients coming back every week), let us know, we can arrange occasionally.
Can I charge an electric vehicle?
Not yet as standard, but we're studying the installation of charging points in 2026. If you have an electric vehicle today, mention it at contract signing - we can consider a custom wall-mounted charger installation at your dedicated space, at re-billed cost.
Does the lift run 24/7?
Yes, like building access. You can arrive at 10pm or leave at 5am without issue - the lift and parking access are available at all times, secured by badge.
Want to see the parking and access before committing?
We take you through the full path during the visit: you park in the basement (test space), take the lift, arrive on your future landing. Twenty minutes later, you know exactly what you're paying for - and how much time you'll save every morning.
