Legal framework — prefectoral approval
Any company offering a domiciliation service must be approved by the prefect of the département where it operates. Zecoworking holds this approval (decree 2022.012, renewable). This implies:
- Director identity verification at signing (LCB/FT obligation).
- Annual update of each domiciled file (activity declaration, supporting documents).
- Storage of unclaimed mail for 1 year.
The approval is a guarantee for you: in any URSSAF, tax or banking inspection, your address is legally valid and verifiable.

€10 ex-VAT / month for domiciliation alone. For companies combining domiciliation and a private office, domiciliation is free (included in the office package). No setup fees, no imposed minimum, 1-month end-of-month notice.
