Sofico moved onto the Zecoworking floor in 2025. We’re proud to have them as a client: it’s one of the must-know names in B2B automotive-leasing software worldwide.
What Sofico does
Sofico builds Miles, a B2B software platform that handles the full lifecycle of automotive financing and leasing contracts: vehicle acquisition, contracting, billing, maintenance, return. The product serves both OEM captives — Volkswagen Financial Services, Toyota (Kinto), among others — and major independent leasing companies such as Ayvens (formerly ALD Automotive / LeasePlan).
A few numbers for context: 5 million contracts managed through the platform, $100 billion in managed contract value, presence in more than 30 countries. The company is headquartered in Ghent, Belgium, and runs nine offices worldwide — Belgium, the Netherlands, France, UK, Germany, Spain, Mexico, US, Australia, Japan.
Why we’re proud to host them
Welcoming a firm of this calibre onto an eight-office coworking floor is real recognition. Big leasing-industry names usually sit in mirrored towers in La Défense, on 2,000 m² plates run by a facility manager. Sofico chose differently for the French team: a flexible, human, no-lock-in format, two minutes’ walk from La Défense — exactly what Zecoworking offers.
It’s also a signal to the other teams on the floor. When a global reference like Sofico picks this address, it says something about the place, the atmosphere, the seriousness of the service. We share the same coffee machines, the same fibre, the same terrace — startups, mid-caps, and global leaders included.
Today
The Sofico team operates from the Zecoworking floor at Pont de Neuilly. We wish them many great missions out of Courbevoie — and we’re delighted to call them corridor neighbours.
