Top Profil is an IT recruitment firm specialised in fast placement of freelancers and squads (teams of 2 to 5 developers) in 48 hours. Tech scope: Senior Fullstack, Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Data, TPM. Target: startups, SMEs and mid-cap companies that need to ramp up their team quickly, without a long sourcing process.
Founders: Claire Scepi Berdugo and Hugo Brisset, two profiles who met in tech recruitment and decided to start their own firm in September 2024.
To date, Top Profil has placed more than 50 profiles on missionat their clients — startups, mid-caps, ESNs — all kicked off from 13 bis rue de l’Abreuvoir.
